Miguel’s journey began as a Portuguese Navy diver and commercial diver before evolving into recreational instruction, technical diving, dive-center ownership, operational leadership, and PADI instructor development.

We recommend staying within a short bicycle ride of the IDC facilities in Playacar, giving you an easier daily routine and more time to rest, study, and enjoy the city.
Your IDC classroom is located inside the Allegro Playacar resort, surrounded by gardens, swimming pools, and the Caribbean Sea.
The spacious, air-conditioned classroom provides a comfortable professional environment for presentations, workshops, study sessions, and examination preparation.
Pool sessions take place at Allegro Playacar, where the large beachfront pool creates an inspiring setting for skill development and teaching practice.
You will also gain experience across selected Pro Dive International PADI 5 Star Dive Centers, working in professional resort-based environments.
