Bayahíbe is most probably the best location for scuba diving in the Dominican Republic with more than 20 official dive sites, including three shipwrecks: Atlantic Princess, St George and Coco. Crystal clear, calm Caribbean waters make it a perfect spot for diving and snorkeling in this area.

Isla Saona is separated from the mainland by the Catuano Channel, and one of the most popular excursions in the area of Bayahibe. Isla Saona belongs to the Eastern National Park and said to be one of the Caribbean’s Top Dream Beaches due to its unspoiled beaches, lush greenery and turquoise water.
Isla Catalina is a diverse preservation of ecosystems including natural sand dunes, mangroves and reefs, located 1.5 miles/ 2.4 kms from the mainland. Island Catalina is famous for its beautiful nature, rich wildlife, many species of birds and tropical fish.
The Dominican Republic is said to be a paradise for cave divers, and promises to be true competition to Mexico´s Yucatan. There are several caves spread allover the country. None of them looks alike, but each has their own character.
