IMPORTANT! Effective from today, August 1st, 2023, and for the remainder of this season, we regret to announce the suspension of the pickup service for guests from Cozumel. This decision comes as a result of the unfavorable ferry schedule, causing guests to arrive at the snorkeling grounds over an hour later than optimal, when the whale sharks have already migrated, which compromises the overall success of the experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
