Pro Dive International is looking for a Resident PADI Course Director, Leader of their GoPro Department & Quality Department

Pro Dive International, a leading PADI CDC Center, Instructor Training facility in Latin American & Caribbean, is looking for a new resident PADI Course Director & Leader of our GoPro Department.

 

What we require:

  • An experienced PADI Course Director with leadership qualities
  • Tec Trainer credentials highly desired.
  • Must be self-organized, as well as a great team player
  • High sales proficiency – must be able to source clients & candidates
  • Must be multilingual & fluent – in at least ENGLISH & SPANISH
  • Additional languages highly desirable, especially GERMAN, FRENCH
  • Creative thinking – able to develop self-driven projects for mutual benefit
  • No 8 to 5 mentality, but readiness to be available when needed, and “in charge” of department
  • Must be able to provide solutions, with a practical and efficient “CAN DO” attitude.
  • Must possess knowledge and creativity for Social Media supervision of our GoPro Social Media sites
  • Basic Knowledge to assist in adjusting web presence of GoPro Department
  • Must be willing to relocate to Playa del Carmen area, Mexico
