Required Skills

• Fluency in written & spoken English and Spanish; preference given to native speakers.
• Additional language(s) a plus (German, French, Italian, Dutch, or Russian)
• Scuba diving certified or strong interest in the activity
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Meet profit and sales targets
• Attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Team Player 
• Basic level of proficiency with the Pack office and Google Workspace 
• Preference will be given to applicants who already live in Playa del Carmen or nearby cities, or are willing to relocate to Playa del Carmen
• Commitment to a long-term working relationship

Work Responsibilities

• Sell and plan stay & dive packages, transfers, and cultural tours through chat, email, and phone
• Coordinate transportation
• Work with clients to determine their needs
• Customer service: pre-booking and dealing with occurring problems, complaints, or refunds
