We are a multi-location dive center at several luxury resorts throughout the Mexican Caribbean and the Dominican Republic. Our head office is located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Our company’s online sales and reservations department is essential since we acquire much of our revenue through pre-sales. This includes sales of diving and snorkeling products, accommodation, transfers, cultural tours, etc.

Being one of the market leaders in pre-sales of diving while simultaneously being the diving operator, we sustain a top-notch reputation, which is widely recognized in our industry.

We collaborate with a multitude of dive travel agents all around the globe, maintain focus on marketing, and sustain a sizeable direct customer base booking directly with us through our various digital channels.

This role is hybrid; therefore, we prefer candidates currently residing or planning to relocate to Playa del Carmen.
The current manager, who has effectively overseen the department, is facilitating a smooth transition period for adaptation before transitioning out of the role.
* Collaborate with all departments, including accounting, operations, and marketing teams, to align customer experience, strategy, and branding across channels.
* Innovate and enhance the E-Commerce experience to optimize customer satisfaction and drive sales.
* Lead and organize the local online sales team, ensuring effective coordination with the operations team for superior customer service.
* Manage sales projections, reporting, and analysis, and strive to exceed targets while continuously analyzing markets, competition, and pricing for optimal results.
* Develop and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and training materials, facilitating onboarding for new sales staff.
* Enhance sales processes for increased efficiency and superior customer experience, maintaining strong relationships with agency partners and clients.
* Improve pre-sales infrastructure and act as a champion for the online sales channel throughout the organization.


· Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
· Proficient in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish and German is desirable
· Certification as a scuba diver is required for the successful candidate
· Over 3 years of experience in E-Commerce and digital, preferably in dive and travel-related sales
· Extensive background in business and digital with expertise in digital development and sales optimization
· Proven results of increasing online sales
· Exceptional analytical and strategic skills, coupled with a hands-on approach to drive team and stakeholder engagement
· Possesses a commercial and strategic mindset with a focus on planning and innovative solutions
· Ability to work autonomously
· Strong commitment to being a brand ambassador, dedicated to excellence at all times
